Nia Goodman works on corporate matters, in particular the formation, marketing and closing of a variety of private investment funds including private equity, debt, venture capital and hedge funds.
Nia assists asset managers, private funds and investment advisers with transactional, regulatory compliance and securities law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Nia worked as an associate with a global law firm headquartered in New York City.
