Nichola is an associate in our Japan dispute resolution practice focusing on international arbitration.
Nichola has experience in Australia, advising on complex litigation and arbitration disputes including class actions and complex civil and commercial disputes across a range of industry sectors in the Asia-pacific region.
Prior to joining the disputes team in the Tokyo office, Nichola practised in New Zealand and in Victoria, Australia and is admitted in both jurisdictions.
Nichola is a licensed Registered Foreign Lawyer (Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi) in Japan.
