Nicole is a projects and infrastructure lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in private practice and in-house roles.

Nicole works with clients on a wide range of construction, infrastructure and PPP projects across a range of industry sectors. She has advised public and private sector clients, project sponsors, contractors and financiers on projects in the rail, road, healthcare, education, transport, water treatment and property development sectors.

Nicole has also worked as a General Counsel of a Tier 1 construction contractor, advising on tendering and delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects, as well as general corporate matters.

  • ACT Capital Metro PPP Stage 1: Advising John Holland Pty Ltd and CPB Contractors Pty Ltd in relation to the successful Canberra Metro consortium’s bid for Stage 1 of the ACT Capital Metro PPP project.
  • Metro Tunnel PPP: Advising the Victorian Government in relation to the Metro Tunnel PPP, including in relation to rail and tram franchise interface arrangements.
  • High Capacity Metro Trains PPP: Advising the Victorian Government in relation to the HCMT PPP, including in relation to managing rail franchise interface arrangements.
  • Cross River Rail PPP: Advising John Holland in relation to its bid for the Cross River Rail project. *

Background

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws with Honors from Monash University, as well as a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
