Nicole is a dispute resolution lawyer based in our Sydney office, focusing on financial services regulatory matters.
Nicole has experience advising financial institutions, listed companies and multinational corporations on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters.
Nicole completed a secondment to the firm's Hong Kong office in the Financial Services Regulatory team. She also previously completed a secondment to UBS in Sydney, assisting Group Legal on a variety of corporate and regulatory matters.

- a major Korean bank on the recovery of a substantial investment in a Jersey based derivative-linked securities fund, involving an UNCITRAL arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)
- an investment funds management company in relation to an Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) investigation into greenwashing
- a cryptocurrency exchange on an ASIC investigation into alleged breaches of certain Australian laws arising from the offering of crypto derivative products to retail clients
