Nikoleta Kyriazopoulou
Nikoleta is a senior associate in the Competition/Antitrust, Regulation and Trade group in Brussels.
Nikoleta advises clients on a broad range of EU regulatory matters, with a particular focus on sustainability, environmental and consumer protection legislation. Her practice covers chemicals, waste and recycling, green claims, eco-design for sustainable products, packaging waste, as well as product liability and safety, helping clients navigate complex compliance obligations. She also has experience advising on State aid matters, assisting companies in managing subsidy-related risks in the context of investigations and transactions.
Nikoleta has extensive experience in litigation before the EU Courts. She has represented companies before the EU General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union in relation to the EU Emissions Trading System, the classification and approval of active substances, public procurement, and State aid.

Background
Nikoleta holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees, one in EU Competition Law from Stockholm University (Sweden) and one in Public Law and Political Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), where she also obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
Prior to joining HSF Kramer, Nikoleta gained experience as an associate at an international law firm and a boutique law firm in Brussels, and at a law firm in Greece.
She is admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar and the Brussels Bar (E-list), and is fluent in English and Greek, with a working knowledge of French.
