Nils Hülsenbeck
Nils Hülsenbeck is a corporate associate with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He advises domestic and international clients on complex and cross-border transactions in aviation, banking, energy and healthcare.
Before joining HSF Kramer, Nils practiced at an American law firm in Paris and a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg. His work included advising on complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and private equity structures. His practice also included advising institutional financial investors on matters related to general corporate law, private equity and real estate.
Nils has also completed a secondment with a prominent European aircraft manufacturer.
He is admitted to the New York and Paris Bars and is fluent in French, German and English.

Nils holds an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law and earned both his master's and bachelor's degrees in business law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas, including a double law degree through a joint program with Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.
