- an international foreign exchange broker on its defence of a c.£50m group claim brought by investors in a foreign exchange trading scheme involving allegations of dishonest assistance and knowing receipt which has involved parallel proceedings in the Federal Court in Colorado
- Standard Chartered plc on its defence of a claim brought under both Sections 90 and 90A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA)
- UK delivery company Yodel Delivery Network Limited on its successful defence of an expedited trial of claims brought by companies connected to its former owner alleging an entitlement to a majority of the shares in Yodel, including the successful defence of an application for an interim injunction, both at first instance and in the Court of Appeal
