Orlando He works on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales, equity investments, joint ventures and other related transactions, on behalf of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers.
Orlando’s work involves all aspects of these transactions, including drafting and negotiating principal deal agreements and other related documents, coordinating deal due diligence, and facilitating closings. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Orlando worked as an associate in the corporate practice of a New York City-based law firm.
