Panashi is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group.
Panashi has experience in advising Australian and foreign companies on a range of transactions including equity capital raisings, public company takeovers and private M&A, as well as providing advice on general corporate, compliance and governance issues. Prior to returning to the Perth office in 2019, Panashi spent over 3 years working in London.

- ASX-listed Guinean gold developer, Predictive Discovery on its $2bn merger of equals with Robex Resources by way of Canadian plan of arrangement
- West Australian gold developer Spartan Resources (formerly Gascoyne Resources) on various M&A and equity capital market transactions, including its recapitalisation and relisting on ASX in 2020 and $4.2 billion merger with Ramelius Resources by way of scheme of arrangement and fall-back takeover bid
- IGO on various transactions including its $1.9 billion acquisition of 49% of Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia, a subsidiary of China’s Tianqi Lithium Corporation that holds a 51% interest in the Greenbushes Lithium Mine – the world’s largest hard rock lithium mine – and a 100% interest in a lithium hydroxide plant, both located in Western Australia
- Australian Finance Group on the demerger of its property business and subsequent IPO and listing of shares on the ASX

Background
Panashi graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Panashi was admitted to practice in November 2012.
