Ross is a senior associate in the non-contentious construction team.

Ross is a non-contentious construction and engineering lawyer with experience advising developers, investors and financiers projects domestically and internationally in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Ross has experience advising across a wide variety of construction procurement arrangements, including traditional, design and build, turnkey and management contracting together with a variety of pricing mechanisms. He also has experience in connection with professional appointments, supply, operation and maintenance and long-term service contracts.

Previously, Ross advised on both non-contentious and contentious construction and engineering projects and this experience of the full project lifecycle leaves Ross well placed to provide a holistic view at the negotiation stage.

Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ross worked in the construction team of an international law firm based in London. Ross has also previously spent time on secondment in Tanzania.
