Ruby is an associate in the Real Estate division.
Ruby advises on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including real estate financing, acquisition and disposal transactions as well as non-contentious aspects of landlord and tenant matters.

Ruby has a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and during her training contract rotated through the real estate finance and real estate teams. She expanded her real estate knowledge whilst on a client secondment to a property development company.
