Sammi’s work involves preparing transactional and ancillary documents, coordinating due diligence, facilitating closings and handling post-closing issues. Some of her recent notable transactions include the representation of a real estate investment fund in several acquisition financings, as well as refinancings and consolidation loans; a Tokyo-based real estate developer in construction loans, joint venture acquisition financing and refinancings related to four U.S. developments; and one of the largest North American real estate investment firms in construction and note-on-note transactions.
