- representing two sovereign funds in a $100 million+ SIAC arbitration concerning closing fraud and warranty claims over an investment in a Southeast Asian state owned enterprise
- representing a large global bank in a HKIAC arbitration arising out of a term facility agreement
- acting for an Asian state-owned entity in multi-jurisdictional enforcement proceedings of a SIAC award in excess of US$700 million
