Sean is of counsel at our joint operation firm Kewei in Shanghai.
Sean advises on capital markets, private equity funds and general corporate matters. He has experience advising on corporate restructurings and listings, listed company restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, refinancings, cross-border finance, private equity investments as well as domestic and overseas investments. Sean is admitted to practise in the PRC and New York. He is fluent in Chinese and English.

Background
Sean obtained his bachelor’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of International Business and Economics, and a master’s degree in law from the University of Southern California.
