Shannon advises a range of clients, including project companies and funds on private M&A transactions, energy and infrastructure projects and ESG matters.
Shannon previously spent six months in the firm's Paris office on secondment, where she worked in the Energy and Infrastructure team.

- Interpath Advisory, joint administrators of Toucan Energy Holdings 1 Limited, on the sale of Toucan Energy’s solar portfolio to Schroders Greencoat, for approximately £700 million
- bp on the restructuring of its ownership of its joint offshore wind projects with Equinor, whereby bp purchased Equinor's 50% stake in the Beacon Wind projects and the Astoria Gateway for Renewable Energy site; and Equinor purchased bp's 50% stake in the Empire Wind projects

Prior to converting to law, Shannon gained an MA in English Literature and History from the University of Edinburgh.
