Simon holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Simon previously worked as an Associate to a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia. Simon is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
