Sophia is an associate in our corporate governance advisory team.
Sophia advises on corporate governance issues including corporate reporting requirements, the UK Corporate Governance Code, continuing obligations under the Listing Rules and Market Abuse Regulation, company meetings and directors' duties and other day-to-day corporate governance matters. Sophia recently spent 10 months on secondment to a FTSE 100 Company Secretariat team where she advised on company secretarial and governance matters, including the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting, as well as technology/transformation workstreams.
Sophia is on an extended secondment from the Sydney office's Head Office Advisory Team where she previously advised ASX listed companies on corporate governance issues. She also spent one year in the London office's corporate energy and infrastructure team advising clients on project development, ESG matters and general corporate matters across the renewables and energy sectors.
