She has extensive experience in handling both cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, providing her clients with strategic and practical advice. Supisara advises clients on a wide range of matters, including M&A, foreign direct investment, regulatory and licensing requirements, financial transactions, data privacy, joint venture, and the negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements. Background

Supisara holds a bachelor's degree in law (1st class honour) from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. She also holds a master's degree in Asian Economic Integration and Law from Waseda University in Tokyo. She is native in Thai, fluent in English and can speak intermediate Japanese.
