She has extensive experience in handling both cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, providing her clients with strategic and practical advice. Supisara advises clients on a wide range of matters, including M&A, foreign direct investment, regulatory and licensing requirements, financial transactions, data privacy, joint venture, and the negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements. Her skills also extend to corporate governance, due diligence processes, and risk management. Supisara’s comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape enables her to effectively support her clients in navigating complex legal challenges and achieving their business objectives.

Background
Supisara holds a bachelor's degree in law (1st class honour) from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. She also holds a master's degree in Asian Economic Integration and Law from Waseda University in Tokyo. She is native in Thai, fluent in English and can speak intermediate Japanese.
