Sylvain Piémont
Sylvain is Of Counsel in the firm's tax group.
He advises French and international clients on corporate and transactional tax matters (including the structuring of mergers & acquisitions and group reorganisations).
His practice further covers the tax structuring of real estate investments, with a particular focus on the hospitality sector, together with a wide range of financing and refinancing transactions, including the structuring and execution of bank financings, debt capital markets issuances and securitisation transactions.
Sylvain also has experience in structuring employee benefit incentive plans (stock options, free shares, preferred shares) and represents clients in proceedings and litigations before the French tax authorities and French courts.

- EXTENDAM, capital investor particularly targeting the hotel sector, on the acquisition of the Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese (5*) and the Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade (5*): two iconic European addresses
- Klépierre, European leader in shopping centers and Sofidy, specialist in real estate investment on the tax aspects of the acquisition of the O'Parinor shopping center and the establishment of a partnership between the vehicles managed by Sofidy and Klépierre and on a credit agreement of 102 MEUR
