Tanesha advises clients on complex disputes before the English courts and international arbitration tribunals. Her experience includes banking and financial services litigation, investment treaty arbitration, post-M&A disputes, cross-border litigation, and sanctions-related matters. She has assisted clients across a range of sectors such as energy and banking, and has also spent time on secondment to the firm's Paris office.

- a US energy major in arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules relating to a post M&A dispute concerning an offshore oil field in the North Sea
