  • Advising Dyson in relation to notification and recall requirements under Australian Consumer Law
  • Advising Pfizer regarding a dust diseases tribunal claim against its former subsidiary Parke-Davis (deregistered)
  • Advising on product liability issue for a well known personal hygiene product the subject of global litigation
  • GreenCollar Group in defending proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia in relation to alleged misuse of trust property and breaches of fiduciary duty relating to copyright infringement in certain carbon accounting methodologies
