Thomas is a solicitor in our Finance team in Sydney.
Thomas advises on a broad range of finance matters, including property, corporate and acquisition financings.
Thomas acts for corporate borrowers, developers and financial institutions on a variety of financing transactions. He also has experience in debt capital markets and securitisation, and brings prior in-house experience in financial markets, where he negotiated derivative and securities lending documentation.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Auckland. He is admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia and as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
