Walanrat is an associate in our dispute resolution team, who is based in our Bangkok office.
Walanrat is an associate in the disputes practice group. She provides legal counsel on both domestic and international disputes, focusing on international arbitration, administrative disputes, and complex civil cases. Her sectorial knowledge spans across energy, banking, consumer, construction and TMT. Walanrat supports Thai and international clients in addressing the contentious issues they may face. Her extensive experience allows her to navigate intricate legal challenges effectively, ensuring her clients receive comprehensive and strategic advice tailored to their specific needs.

- a leading oil & gas company in a litigation at the Central Administrative Court against the Energy Regulatory Commission in relation to the shortfall arising from the sellers' failure to deliver the required amount of gas to the client within the delivery period and the client's calculation of the pool gas price
- a major mobile service provider in Thailand in a dispute at the Administrative Court regarding the revocation of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission’s order with regard to additional payment during the remedy period
- one of the biggest international audit firms, in two class action lawsuits and other civil cases brought by debenture holders
- a listed Japanese holding company for finance businesses and its Singapore subsidiary in relation to a class action lawsuit brought against them in Thailand in relation to its investment in a Thai listed company and litigation arising from suspected fraudulent use of the invested monies by the ex-chairman of the Thai company
- a leading real estate developer in relation to a consumer class action lawsuit arising from one of the residential projects worth over THB 2 billion
- a leading international audit firm in two class action lawsuits and other civil cases brought by debenture holders
- Southeast Asia’s prominent cement and construction company in an international arbitration with regard to a breach of the joint venture agreement for approximately US$ 400 million under ICC Rules in Singapore
- a leading Asian satellite operator and provider of integrated satellite communications with respect to legal advice on defamation laws regarding public claims/statements made by third parties
