Will is an Associate in the Core Real Estate division.
Will joined the team as a trainee in 2023 and qualified into the Real Estate team in 2025. Will has advised on a range of commercial real estate matters including the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, financings, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and non-contentious aspects of asset management. Will previously undertook a six-month secondment to British Land.

- British Land and its JV Partner (a 50:50 joint venture which owns the wider Broadgate Estate) in relation to the development, letting and management of the Broadgate Estate portfolio, a landmark mixed-use office scheme in the City of London, including a wide range of asset management matters across the estate portfolio
- Gatwick Airport Limited as landlord on a significant occupier transaction in connection with the relocation of a major occupier to new premises at the airport
- Aberdeen on acquisitions, disposals and ongoing management of various retail investment assets, including Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton
