Yasmin is a lawyer in the firm's corporate practice, with varied cross-sector M&A and advisory experience.
Yasmin has experience across a wide variety of corporate transactions, including cross-border private acquisitions/disposals, public takeovers, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Yasmin also advises listed and non-listed clients on corporate governance and company law matters.
In 2023, Yasmin spent six months on secondment to the firm’s Dubai office, where she worked on a number of development and infrastructure transactions across various jurisdictions in the Middle East.

- The Ardonagh Group on the merger between Markerstudy Group and Atlanta Group, Ardonagh's personal lines insurance broking business, funded by new investment led by Pollen Street Capital and Bain Capital Special Situations and valuing Atlanta at £1.2 billion
- Link Group on the sale of its UK and Irish funds management business to Waystone Group
