Zoe is a senior associate based in the London office with experience advising public and private funds, asset managers, investors and other clients in the investment funds industry.
Zoe specialises in fund formation, as well as advising on bespoke fund structuring solutions in the context of wider corporate transactions. She has experience in private fund structures (both GP and LP side), co-investments, segregated accounts and funds of one, and listed investment companies across a broad range of asset classes, advising on launch and throughout the lifecycle of the fund (including on secondary transactions, restructurings and liquidations).
Zoe also assists clients with navigating complex regulatory matters and implementation projects.
Zoe has worked with funds and managers established in a variety of jurisdictions including the UK, the Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the Cayman Islands and the US.
