The new business court, the Rolls Building, is on track to open for business from October, bringing the Admiralty and Commercial Court, the Technology and Construction Court and the Chancery Division (including the Bankruptcy and Companies Courts) under one roof in new state-of-the art premises off Fetter Lane in London.

The new building contains 31 courts, including three "super-courts" to accommodate the largest disputes and four courts configured in "landscape" format for multi-party cases, and 55 pre-bookable consultation rooms. The building will be used for mediations and arbitration hearings, as well as court cases.
