Franciska is an associate in our corporate practice group in Düsseldorf.
Franciska advises national and international companies, financial investors and family-owned businesses on all corporate and commercial law issues. This includes complex cross-border corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings as well as general corporate law issues.

Background
Franciska studied law at the University of Bayreuth. Alongside her studies, she obtained the highest level of the foreign language certificate UNIcert IV (Law) for higher education. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg, she gained experience in corporate law and M&A in another leading international law firm.
