Isabella’s practice spans transactional, advisory and contentious matters. This includes managing major litigation, advising on enterprise bargaining and industrial relations strategy, and providing advice on employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

- Representing clients in relation to unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination matters, including in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
- Acting in proceedings in the Fair Work Commission and Full Federal Court of Australia in relation to a test case concerning the ‘service contractor’ exemption within the recently-introduced regulated labour hire arrangement order provisions in the Fair Work Act.
- Providing strategic advice and acting for clients in relation to enterprise bargaining and contested enterprise agreement approval proceedings in the Fair Work Commission.
- Managing due diligence and strategic employment advice in corporate transactions.
