Jedsarit Sahussarungsi
Jedsarit is an Of Counsel in the dispute resolution team based in Bangkok.
Jedsarit regularly provides comprehensive strategic advice to both domestic and international clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation, litigation, and post-litigation strategies for civil and criminal cases. He is adept at conducting arbitrations under the rules of major institutions such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, THAC and TAI, and is experienced in enforcing arbitral awards in Thai courts.
Beyond his dispute resolution focus, Jedsarit advises clients on a broad spectrum of Thai law, including corporate and commercial law, competition law, and international law. With particular strengths in private capital, M&A disputes and class actions, his practice covers various industries, including automotive, energy, banking and financial services, real estate, hospitality, insurance, food and beverage, consumer, and healthcare.
Jedsarit is an active member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Lawyers Council of Thailand Under the Royal Patronage and is affiliated with YSIAC and YTHAC. Jedsarit is a highly active and integral member of the Bangkok team, often participating in compelling speaking engagements, and insightful publications. Fluent in Thai and English, he also has a basic understanding of French and German.
