Joanna is a funds, investment management and regulatory partner with experience in Luxembourg, the U.S. and France. She advises on structuring, setting up, registering and operating Luxembourg regulated and unregulated funds, investing in various alternative class of assets, including real estate, infrastructure, debt and private equity, for professional and retail investors.
She also advises institutional investors on their alternative fund investments in different jurisdictions and is also involved in co-investments, secondaries and fund financings. She is an active member of the ELTIF working group of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA).
