Lucy has experience advising international banks and wealthy individuals in civil and criminal proceedings. She has particular experience in criminal investigations involving alleged tax fraud. Her pro bono work includes advising on the registration and structure of charities in the UK.

- Perenco UK on a challenge to its election under s 198 of the Capital Allowances Act 2001 by HMRC
