Martin is a senior associate and solicitor advocate in our dispute resolution practice in London.
Martin has experience advising on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on clients in the TMT and energy sectors. He has extensive experience of High Court litigation, international arbitration, and public inquiries. Martin also specialises in providing pre-disputes and strategic advice in relation to distressed TMT projects and/or services contracts, including in relation to the negotiation of settlement and exit arrangements.

- advising an international technology company in relation to contentious issues in the context of a software development and data migration project in the retail sector
- British Gas Trading v Shell UK Limited and Esso Exploration & Production UK Limited – Advising British Gas Trading in Court of Appeal proceedings in relation to the correct construction of the terms of a long term gas purchase agreement
- a core participant in relation to a public inquiry
- Crestar Integrated Natural Resources Limited v Newton Energy Limited – acting for Newton Energy Limited (a subsidiary of Seplat Petroleum Development Company plc) in High Court proceedings in relation to a dispute concerning an offshore Nigerian Oil Mining Licence
