Our work has led to us being recognised as one of the leading private capital real estate teams in the world. Our experience spans from single sponsor asset acquisitions to multi-jurisdictional platform deals and urban regeneration projects, across all asset classes including offices, logistics, retail, build to rent, life sciences, hotels and leisure and data centres.

We also regularly act on cross-over projects involving traditional real estate structures and infrastructure and energy aspects of the real estate investment life cycle from corporate and tax structuring and joint ventures and incentivisation structures through to capital deployment, asset development and management and ultimate exit.
