On Nov. 9, 2023, Kramer Levin client SitusAMC announced that Situs Group LLC (a SitusAMC company) has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its commercial real estate valuation and advisory services business (REVS) to Altus Group Limited. The deal is expected to close prior to the end of the first half of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
