Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) is pleased to have advised The Riverside Company (Riverside) on its acquisition of Dingo Software via a competitive auction process.
Dingo Software is a leading provider of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring software for asset-intensive industries, across mining, energy and rail.
The HSF Kramer team was led by partner Andrew Clyne and senior associate Sarah Ward, with support of solicitor Vanessa Filipendin and graduates Jasper Freeman and Alicia Wise.
