HSF Kramer updates the ADR Practical Guides and Conflict Management Toolkit

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer relaunched our ADR Practical Guides series this month. The series features eight guides on Alternative Dispute Resolution and a toolkit on improving conflict management. These resources offer a complete framework for clients, especially in-house counsel and senior executives, to utilise alternative dispute resolution. 

London arbitration Partners Craig Tevendale and Hannah Ambrose together with Senior Associates Olga Dementyeva and Rutger Metsch authored the updated Guide 6. This guide focuses on the use of mediation with arbitration and explores the opportunities and risk of combining mediation and arbitration processes, both informally and in structured hybrid "MedArb" and "ArbMed" processes.
