Andrew Litman represents real estate clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked in the corporate and financial services practices of a New York City-based global law firm. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. John P. Mastando III in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Before starting his legal studies, Andrew worked as a legal assistant in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions practices of one of the largest U.S.-based law firms.
