Cecilia specialises in complex dispute resolution, including high-stakes international arbitration and commercial litigation cases.

She advises on national and international arbitrations pursuant to a variety of institutional rules (ICSID, ICC, SIAC and SCC, among other), as well as ad hoc arbitrations. Cecilia also represents clients before the Spanish courts, including in arbitration-related matters, such as interim measures and enforcement of awards. Her practice focuses in cross-border contractual disputes, particularly in the construction, engineering and energy sectors.

Cecilia is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Spain and France. She has significant experience in advising clients across different jurisdictions, including in the MENA and West Africa regions, as well as Latin America.

Cecilia is ranked as a Future Leader for Arbitration by the Lexology Index 2026 (formerly Who's Who legal). Her work has also been recognized by Best Lawyers as an "Associate to Watch" in Dispute Resolution.

She currently serves on the Board of the Spanish Construction and Engineering Club (CDCI) and is a member of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club (CEIA).

Background

Cecilia has a dual degree in Law and Financial Markets by Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) (Spain) and a LLM in International Business Law by Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) (France). She speaks Spanish, English and French.

Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience at other leading law firms in Paris.
