Devyani served as the Vice President for South Asian Law Students Association.
Devyani returns to the New York office in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring department after participating in the firm’s summer associate program in 2024.
Devyani’s recent work include being part of the team representing the trustee for Office Property Income Trust’s 9.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 (October 2024 issuance) during Office Property Income Trust’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
She also served on the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, first as a staff editor and later as a community and service editor.
