Eva advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and strategic businesses on financial and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, take-privates, dispositions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, minority investments, restructurings and recapitalizations, as well as general corporate and governance matters.
Among her notable work, Eva has represented Stone Point Capital LLC and its Trident funds in numerous acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining the firm, Eva worked as an associate in the New York office of a global law firm.
