Josh has a range of experience acting for financial sponsors, institutional investors and portfolio companies on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, venture and growth capital investments, disposals and other corporate matters.

Background
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts (honours) in History from the University of Birmingham and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (Moorgate).
