Kathryn is an associate at our joint operation firm Kewei in Shanghai.

Kathryn advises Chinese and multinational clients on domestic and international disputes, including commercial litigation and international arbitration. Her practice also includes compliance and internal investigations, where she supports clients in navigating regulatory requirements and managing legal risks. She has been involved in disputes across a range of industries, including automotive, hospitality, manufacturing, energy and other commercial contracts.
