Marcus is an Associate in the Energy and Infrastructure team in Paris.

Marcus advises clients on a wide range of large-scale, multi-jurisdictional project development, financing, joint venture and M&A transactions in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. Marcus has experience advising on the corporate and financing aspects of complex cross-border energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors across Europe and emerging markets, including Africa, North America and Central Asia.

Marcus is qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales and is registered as a foreign legal consultant with the Barreau de Paris.

Background

Marcus trained at an elite US law firm in London. Prior to undertaking his law conversion at BPP University in London, Marcus graduated with a BA (Hons) in History from University College London and obtained an MPhil in Early Modern History from the University of Cambridge.
