Miriam is a partner and head of our global data and privacy practice.

Miriam leads the firm's data and privacy practice and has over 20 years' experience advising clients on complex issues in this highly regulated area. Miriam's experience in the data space includes advising clients on the full life-cycle of data and data security issues including policy design and implementation, global compliance advice, data subject rights, data retention and destruction, and data security, incident response and data breaches. She also advises on the data aspects of complex commercial and M&A transactions. 

Miriam sits on the City of London Law Society Data Law Committee. She is also ranked as a Leading Partner by Legal 500 UK 2026 and Chambers 2026 and clients say “She provides advice in an efficient and effective manner and seeks practical solutions – while highlighting the pros and cons with different approaches.
