Miriam advises lenders and sponsors on financings, in particular Energy and Infrastructure Finance and Real Estate Finance.

Background
Miriam graduated in law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Before joining as an associate, she worked as a research assistant for the Financial Services Regulatory Team at HSF Kramer. During her legal clerkship, she worked at the German Industry and Commerce Ltd. in Hong Kong.
