Morgane specialises in project financing and project development in the infrastructure and energy sectors. She advises sponsors (industrial sponsors and infrastructure funds), lenders and institutional investors in France and abroad on the structuring, development and financing of their most complex projects.

- Voltalia on the project for the construction of a 100 MW solar photovoltaic power project in Khorezm, Uzbekistan, including advice on all aspects of the financial close of the project and assistance in negotiations with the lender and government of Uzbekistan with regard to financial documentations and required amendments to the project documents
- the lenders on the EUR 950 million refinancing of 17 fiber assets via the creation of a new common debt platform in France
