Tobias Beuker
Tobias Beuker is an associate in the Corporate department of our Düsseldorf office.
Tobias advises national and international companies, financial investors and family-owned businesses in relation to complex cross-border corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate law issues.
Tobias' recent experience covers regulated industries (such as aviation and telecommunication), transport & logistics, infrastructure as well as consumer products and general industries.

Background
Tobias graduated from the law school of the Westphalian Wilhelms-University in Münster. During his legal traineeship at the Regional Court Münster, he worked for leading national law firms in Düsseldorf.
As part of his Master of Business Administration (MBA), Tobias acquired extensive business knowledge and is also a certified judicial officer (Diplom-Rechtspfleger).
