Will is an experienced corporate lawyer focused on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets.
Will has worked on a range of market-leading transactions for private and ASX-listed clients involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and investments, corporate restructures, employee share schemes, shareholder agreements and private and public capital raisings. Will has also worked with various start-ups and high net wealth individuals and advised on broader commercial agreements and corporate governance issues.
Will prides himself on delivering technically sound, commercial and pragmatic solutions by engaging closely with clients and developing strong relationships.

- subscription commitments of up to A$1 billion received from Warburg Pincus for its Real Estate Credit Vehicle; and
- A$90.4 million acquisition of specialist real estate investment management firm IP Generation.
- Adbri on the $2 billion joint acquisition of Adbri by New York and London listed Irish building materials giant, CRH, and existing Adbri shareholder, Barro Group, by way of scheme of arrangement
- Lendlease on the $235m sale of its Capella Capital infrastructure financing business to Tokyo-listed Japanese trading company Sojitz Corporation
- Origin on its proposed $18.7 billion acquisition via scheme of arrangement by a consortium consisting of Brookfield and EIG

Background
Will graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University and was awarded the Sir John Monash Scholarship of Excellence.
Will is admitted in both the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
