Will has worked on a range of market-leading transactions for private and ASX-listed clients involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and investments, corporate restructures, employee share schemes, shareholder agreements and private and public capital raisings. Will has also worked with various start-ups and high net wealth individuals and advised on broader commercial agreements and corporate governance issues.

Will prides himself on delivering technically sound, commercial and pragmatic solutions by engaging closely with clients and developing strong relationships.

  • Adbri on the $2 billion joint acquisition of Adbri by New York and London listed Irish building materials giant, CRH, and existing Adbri shareholder, Barro Group, by way of scheme of arrangement

Background

Will graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University and was awarded the Sir John Monash Scholarship of Excellence.

Will is admitted in both the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
