Judging by the pace of change that we’ve experienced this year – in particular the government’s Secure Jobs, Better Pay reforms and now the first tranche of the Closing the Loopholes reforms - the momentum for change is heading into 2024 apace. 

Not all employers will be impacted equally (or directly) by the issues we’ve identified, but we have no doubt that every Australian business will be affected.
